I recieved my B.A in physical education from South Carolina State University in 2002.

I recieved my Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Walden University in 2007.



I started teaching in Barnwell School District 29 as a physical education teacher in 2002. 

I held a position as a Freshmen Year Esperience Counselor and Adjunct Prossefor at Voorhees College from 2007-2009.

I worked as a physical education teacher/behavior interventionist during the Spring of 2010 at Heyward Gibbes Middle School in Richland One.

I was employed as a fulltime physical education teacher in Richland 1 at Annie Burnside Elementary School from 2010-2015.

I was employed by Orangeburg Consolidated School 5 in 2016 as a physical education teacher where I am currently employed.

I am married to Denise E. Simpson, mother of my three children Madison Elizabeth 9, Sean Alexander 5 and Timothy David 4. 

Likes and Interest:

I do not only teach Physical Education/Health, I live it. Some of my

favorite hobbies are basketball, tennis, hunting, fishing, I love trying

new things and spending time with my family and friends. Additionally, I 

love watching football and basketball, working on my home, and building 


Lastly, I love my job and what I do. I enjoy having the opportunity of teaching

all my students how to be healthy and physically fit.
